I have over five years of experience as a licensed physical therapist. I’ve worked extensively with post-operative patients, athletes returning to sport, individuals focused on strength and movement quality, vestibular patients, and perinatal women seeking safe movement during and after pregnancy. I have also practiced dry needling for more than four years.
My approach is fitness-forward and individualized, emphasizing whole-person assessment, identifying the root cause of symptoms, and building plans of care that support long-term resilience—not just short-term relief.
Outside of the clinic, you can find me spending time at the beach, weightlifting, doing any outdoor activity or sport, surfing, skating, snowboarding, or unwinding with coffee and a good book.
